If you encounter issues...

We test our software in various operating systems and computers, but it may not always be enough.

If you encounter any issues (e.g., unexpected behavior, crash), please report to Labelme Support (support@labelme.io) with the log:

  • Windows: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Local\labelme\labelme.log
  • macOS/Linux: ~/.cache/labelme/labelme.log

For Labelme Toolkit, replace labelme.log with toolkit.log.

(We highly appreciate if you can provide any details of how it happened such as images and screen recording.)
