• You get an email with a link to reset your password for your new account (or skip if you already have one).
• Sign in to access your dashboard.
• Access everything (the app, toolkit, & guides) from your dashboard.

The Starter plan includes the core annotation app and a starter guide, which is perfect for individuals or small projects.

The Pro plan includes everything in Starter plus our dataset creation toolkit, advanced guides, and priority email support, making it ideal for professionals and teams who need comprehensive tools and assistance.

Lifetime updates mean that after your one-time purchase, you will receive all future updates and new features of LabelMe at no additional cost.

This includes improvements to the annotation app, new tools in the toolkit, and any new guides we release. You pay once and benefit from ongoing enhancements forever.

Our refund policy is simple: If you're not satisfied with LabelMe for any reason, just email us at support@labelme.io within 14 days of your purchase, and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Yes. All plans include commercial use rights. Paddle (our payment processor) automatically emails you a receipt and invoice after purchase. If you need a purchase order workflow or have other procurement requirements, email support@labelme.io and we'll handle it.

If you're in countries Paddle.com supports (like EU countries), you can just fill in your VAT number during checkout to get a tax exemption.

If you're in the other countries (like the US), you need to email assist@paddle.com with your tax exemption certificate. Please refer to Paddle.com official documentation for the latest information.
