You get the LabelMe.io account and download link immediately after purchase. Here's the process:
- You complete the checkout (either starter or pro).
- You get an email with a link to reset your password for your new account (or skip if you already have one).
- Sign in to access your dashboard.
- Access everything (the app, toolkit, & guides) from your dashboard.

What's the difference between Starter and Pro?

What does "lifetime updates" mean?
Lifetime updates mean that after your one-time purchase, you will receive all future updates and new features of LabelMe at no additional cost.

What's the refund policy?
Our refund policy is simple: If you're not satisfied with LabelMe for any reason, just email us at support@labelme.io within 14 days of your purchase, and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Can I purchase LabelMe for my organization, university, or research institution?
Yes. We support academic and institutional purchases, including purchase orders and invoices. Email support@labelme.io with your institution name, number of seats, and any procurement requirements. We typically respond within 1 business day.
I'm a consultant or integrator — can I resell LabelMe to my clients?

Can I use LabelMe in a commercial project? Can I get an invoice?
Yes. All plans include commercial use rights. Paddle (our payment processor) automatically emails you a receipt and invoice after purchase. If you need a purchase order workflow or have other procurement requirements, email support@labelme.io and we'll handle it.
Can I get tax exemption?
If you're in countries Paddle.com supports (like EU countries), you can just fill in your VAT number during checkout to get a tax exemption.
